Tuna Sambusa

Ingredients

2 cans tuna packed in oil
2 cans tuna packed in water
1 onion, chopped up
2 medium carrots, sliced thin
2 small hot peppers,
chopped up small
2 potatoes, sliced thin

How to prepare

Cook time about 10 minutes plus stuffi ng and frying
Makes about 8-10 large Sambusas

1. Chop the peppers and onion.
2. Slice the carrots and potatoes.
3. Start by frying the onion in the oil from the two cans.
4. When oil is very hot, put in the carrots and potatoes and cook until tender.
5. Th en put in the tuna, spices and hot peppers.
6. When it is all cooked, put dish in the oven at 400 degrees to dry up the liquid.
7. When the mixture looks dry, it is ready to be used as filling.
